When you order a website in a package then hosting & domain control panel credential will be not shared nor shifted to other service provider because it comes free with the website design package, If you needed the credential login details you have to purchase it seprately at the time of ordering the package or later have to pay the charges as applicable and once your website credential is shared to you or shifted to other service provider then our responsibility ceases even if website stop working or arises any errors in future and support will be unavailable.

We will process the refund within 07 working days from the original payment source or at our convenience. However, please note that a minimum processing fee of 20% will be charged in addition to the package amount.

Non-Refundable Cases:
In certain situations, refunds may not be applicable. If you have requested revisions on a created design, the refund policy does not apply. Once revisions have been made, the work is considered to be in progress, and no refund will be issued. Furthermore, if you have taken advantage of any discounts, purchased a combo package, made a part payment, or signed up during a discount or festive offer, the refund policy does not apply. Such purchases are considered final, and no amount will be refunded.

Domain Names: Registered through our services can not be cancelled, however arrangements can be made to transfer the domain name to your new service provider. Therefore, the registration service fees are non-refundable & shifting processing fees will be applicable.If you are looking for refund then do not communicate via phone call, text messsage, whatsapp or any messaging app and you should email us in details with project name, company name, concern person, bank account details, amount paid date so we can verify the details to refund your amount.
